ABSTRACT SUBMISSION DEADLINE

Abstracts may be submitted for evaluation as oral or poster presentations.
All abstracts must be submitted online via the abstract submission form available on the congress website.
Submission Guidelines
- Academic titles should not be used in author names.
- Names should be written in lowercase letters, with only the first letter capitalized and without abbreviations.
Example: Ayfer Selin Yıldırım - The institution name and address of all authors must be clearly stated.
Example: Xxxx University Faculty of Medicine, Department of Xxxx, City - The abstract title should be written with only the first letter capitalized (abbreviations are an exception).
Example: Xxxxx xxxx xxxxxx xxxxx xxx xxx xxxx xxxx - If abbreviations are used in the text, their full forms should be provided in parentheses when first mentioned.
- The abstract should briefly include the aim and methods of the study, summarize the results with sufficient numerical details, and present the conclusions drawn from the findings.
- Abstracts must be structured under the following headings: Objective, Methods, Results, and Conclusion.
- The total length of the abstract, excluding the title and author names, must not exceed 3,000 characters.
- A maximum of 2 tables or figures may be included in the abstract.
Abstracts will be evaluated online by the Abstract Review Committee in a blind review process, where author names and affiliations will remain hidden.
For an abstract to be considered for evaluation, at least one of the authors must be registered for the congress.
The Scientific Committee reserves the right to reassign abstracts as oral or poster presentations.
The results of the evaluation will be communicated to all authors via email, and authors are kindly requested to pay close attention to the final decision regarding their presentation type.
Presentation Information
Oral Presentations
Please ensure that:
- Each slide contains no more than 7 lines of text.
- Each line contains no more than 6 words.
- Slides are prepared in landscape orientation.
- Very detailed or wide tables are not included in the slides.
Poster Presentations
Please prepare your poster:
- According to the poster number assigned to you.
- With maximum dimensions of 70 cm (width) x 90 cm (height).
- Posters must be mounted during the designated time period.
You are kindly requested to be present at your poster during the time slot assigned for your presentation.
